Is Santa Satan? He represents a sinful person based on what he does, from indulging to judging, why is this a Christian tradition?

Why does Santa spell satan?

I wondered this recently. I don't believe Santa Claus to be evil nor the idea of him as he represents charity, goodness, just judgement, and giving with no expectation of anything in return. These are all good things.

However, there is something to this. I've joked myself that you can't spell Santa without Satan. Santa appears like a great concept at first glance. The concept is very appealing on the outside. We must consider what is hidden here though. While Santa promotes these good things that I have said he also takes away from something: he replaced Jesus Christ even while he promoted good works. It is the same spirit with the removal of Christ, who Christmas is supposed to represent.

This is the typical style of Satan. He hides behind things that appear good on the outside but are secretly empty on the inside. Satan is known for being the Deceiver and is famous for being wiley. This is his style. You see the image of a good shepherd while he leads you right off a cliff.

Satan is hidden in Santa because he was meant to be. He is telling you right in the open, just hidden, and he does this with so many things. You see them all the time. You just don't recognize them or understand them. This is done with movies a lot. So much more than you know. We are all told what is coming for us but it isn't told outright. Just like Satan in Santa it is hidden in plain sight.

Satan hiding in Santa is symbolic. He took a good concept and made it work for his own purpose. Why did we shorten Saint Nicholas, a good figure, to Santa Claus, and then finally to just Santa? It is this latter that he made happen. Satan is really adept at taking God's Word and His works then corrupting them until people misinterpret tham and apply them in ways they were never intended.

Don't doubt that Satan hides there. Satan loves to hide. Taking Christ out of the publics attention is exactly what he is after. This is the spirit of Antichrist hidden where you will be accepting of it. If you are never exposed to Christ then you are less likely to accept Him. If you never accept Him then Satan owns you when you die. It is how he wins. Not all that glitters is gold.
